He placed this as number one because they needed to have them act nice to one another so they can learn. I think it was the best one to have as the number one rule.

My Rules If I Was A Teacher..

No talking while Im teaching only raise hand if you have a question.
Respect everyone
No Cheating
If you have nothing nice to say dont say it at all
Do the best you can do
